Income Tax Bar Association, Lucknow has completed its glorious record to the Hon’ble profession for 60 years of service  and is celeberating its Diamond Jubliee with impressive and  glorious past and rich heritage. It saw the light of the day in the year 1947, in the city of ‘Nawabs,’ as Lucknow was famous for, being the capital of Oudh. It was founded by a handful of young energetic professionals engaged in direct taxes practice for the advancement of professionals knowledge, ethic and maintenance of a healthy relationship between the Bench and the Bar. They were Pt. Sidh Nath Mishra, Sri V.N. Joshi, Shri S. K. Kohli, Shri P. D. Rastogi, Sri Ishaq Hussain Siddiqui, Sri Mahesh Narain Bhargava to name a few. All of them had roaring practice and carved a niche of themselves in their respective professions. Having a good report, they were always held in high esteem
